Raw material

• Awnings & canopies are in general composed of canvas woven of acrylic, cotton or polyester yarn, or vinyl laminated to polyester fabric that is broaden tightly over a light structure of aluminum, iron or steel and on occasion wood.
• The key raw materials are:
• Woven or Warp knitted fabrics – 50-150gsm made of polyester filament yarn
• PVC emulsion grade
• Water based PU emulsion
• Fillers like CaCO3, China clay etc.
• Plasticizer
• Additives
• Different color pigments
• Stabilizers
