Andritz's needlepunch line for Autotech Nonwovens

Andritz Nonwoven, part of international group Andritz, has supplied a complete needlepunch line, beginning from webforming to needlepunching, to Autotech Nonwovens in India. The Andritz neXline needlepunch offers high production capacities and is able to handle up to 700 kilograms of needlepunch fabrics in an hour, depending on the raw materials.
 
The scope of supply also includes an eXcelle Dynamic double card, a Dynamic crosslapper, a drafter, and several needlelooms. The complete process is controlled by the ProDyn closed-loop system, which corrects variations in the web profile to meet extremely demanding requirements, Andritz said in a release.
