Arville FT510 fabric certified for aerospace usage

Arville, the technical textiles specialist, has bagged certification for FT510 fabric that is fit to be used for aerospace applications as per burning, smoke and toxicity test standards. Arville produces flame-retardant textiles for use in civil and military aircraft and is well-known for development and manufacture of fabrics for the aerospace industry.

FT510 fabric is the latest in the range of specialist fabric suitable for aerospace sector. The fabric has been rigorously tested to ensure aviation law compliance and was validated through an extensive range of processes including flammability, heat release, smoke emission and toxic gas emission testing.

Among various applications of FT510, the fabric is commonly used within the seating arrangements on Boeing’s civil aviation fleet across the world.
