BWF Envirotec, world’s leading provider of filter media for industrial filtration has recently acquired a majority share in the dedusting technology sector of Jack Filter.

“We highly welcome this merger and are giving a clear signal to the market: proximity to the market and customers are essential aspects for us. In Jack, we have found a partner who like us, stands for innovative quality and economically viable solutions,” said Martin Dunkel, the BWF Envirotec Group managing director.

Jack Filter has developed into the recognised leader on the Austrian market for filter bags. BWF Envirotec is the leading international supplier in industrial dedusting. BWF Envirotec is expanding its global presence with this merger and creating synergies for both partners in R&D, technology and sales.

“Both partners are family-owned businesses and attach importance to permanency. This applies equally to the business relationships with our customers and our employees on location. It is important for us to provide our team in Sattendorf a long-term perspective together with BWF Envirotec,” said Alexander Gaggl, the future managing director at BWF Envirotec. (NA)
