UK’s GRP Solutions acquires Estakleen GRP Solutions

GRP Solutions Ltd, a United Kingdom-based company providing comprehensive range of composite solutions and services, has announced the acquisition of Estakleen Systems Ltd. Estakleen is a UK-based supplier of acetone replacement products including EasyClean, supplied for several years by GRP Solutions, and the previously named Estakleen 70.

John A Hopkins to step down as US’ IACMI CEO

The Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation (IACMI) has announced that John A Hopkins will step down from his role as its chief executive officer (CEO), effective March 31, 2022. Hopkins, who became the IACMI CEO in 2017, has set a high standard for innovation and creativity, and will now be actively involved in finding his successor.

Swiss manufacturer Zund, Dutch firm Airborne expand collaboration

Chinese firm Suntech to enter carbon fibre era

US’s Hexcel & Metyx unveil new carbon pultrusion technology
