DIAB, a world leader in high-performance composite core materials, has been nominated in the category for the most sustainable company in 2014 at the golden evening gala in Laholm, Sweden. DIAB is one of three companies nominated in this category.

DIAB continues growing, and the larger and more global our company becomes, the greater our responsibility. That is why we have made sustainability one of our top business priorities. Our sustainability efforts are divided into four different areas that include strategy & governance, human & labour rights, business ethics, and environment, according to a press release.

The winner will be presented at the golden evening Gala in Laholm on 16 October, 2015.

Lennart Hagelqvist, CEO of DIAB said, “We are very proud to be nominated for this award. Sustainability has always been a key issue for us, long before the term itself became a buzzword. This nomination conveys that DIAB truly cares about the development of the society, human resources and the environment and that we take responsibility for the world we live in.” (GK)
