Kimberly-Clark’s Poise and Depend brands were a part of the recently held World Continence Week, from June 22 to 28, 2015, an initiative of the Continence Foundation of Australia, to raise awareness on incontinence.

K-C’s theme was ‘Tell someone who cares’, encouraging people affected by incontinence or those caring for someone with incontinence to seek help by calling the National Continence Helpline (1800 33 00 66). The theme supports this year’s special project, ‘Carers count: support for continence management’, which was launched during World Continence Week, along with a range of supporting resources, according to a press release.

According to Continence Foundation of Australia chief executive Barry Cahill many Kimberly-Clark’s incontinence Poise and Depend products provide consumers with options to help manage their incontinence, ranging from light bladder leakage to full loss of bladder control.

In June 2015, the Poise brand launched its latest innovation - the new Poise Active range. The range consists of two Ultrathin Pads and two Microliners that are specifically designed to be worn during exercise.

In May 2015, the Depend brand launched a new campaign called ‘No Missed Moments’ encouraging consumers dealing with bladder leakage to continue living an active lifestyle by using Depend products. (GK)
