This recognition is an output of the steps we take towards becoming a global employer brand. We see our human resources as our greatest asset. While we reinforce life in our 8 facilities throughout 4 continents, our human resources management reinforces more than 4 thousand employees. Our human resources approach has five pillars, inspire, care, develop, thank and appreciate. With this understanding, we encourage our employees to be inspired from each other and inspire each other, care about their own development, and live a balanced, happy life.”
