US based tissue producer Von Drehle Corporation has purchased Finland based Valmet's Advantage NTT technology to manufacture tissues and is also the first US company to buy the new technology. The tissue machine has a width of 2.6 metre and a design speed of 2,000 metre per minute in plain mode and 1,800 metre per minute in textured mode.
