Chinese DKM Nonwoven Fabric Technology cooperates with GSHK Holding

DKM Nonwoven Fabric Technology, a member of Sino Holdings Group, has announced that it has received a multi-million-dollar order from GSHK Holding for its suite of manufacturing systems. This complement of tools will be shipped to GSHK’s factory in Morocco and includes melt-blown manufacturing equipment and non-woven manufacturing equipment.

Andritz to supply high-speed spunlace line to Welspun in India

International technology group Andritz has received an order from Welspun Advanced Materials, India, to deliver a complete neXline spunlace line for the production of nonwoven roll goods and wipes for their new plant in Hyderabad, Telangana. The line has a capacity of up to three tons per hour. Start-up of the line is scheduled for Q4FY21.

UK’s Fibre Extrusion Technology hails INDEX20 impact

United Kingdom-based Fibre Extrusion Technology (FET) is celebrating a successful INDEX20 nonwovens exhibition in Geneva, Switzerland, which closed on October 22. Sweden’s Essity unveils green hydrogen pilot to make CO2-free tissue

Sweden’s hygiene and health company, Essity, is launching a pilot project to run a paper machine CO2-free with green hydrogen in the company’s production facility in Mainz-Kostheim, Germany. The project is the first of this magnitude in the paper industry. Essity’s investment in the pilot project amounts to €4 million (approximately SEK 40 million).

Austria’s Andritz to supply fibre preparation systems to Naturheld
