MPE unveils newest protective apparel line MaxShield

MPE Inc, the world's leading provider of economically priced recycled Tyvek clothing introduces its new low cost protective apparel line called MaxShield, a cost effective alternative to recycled Tyvek.

MaxShield offers unbeatable quality, micro porous barrier protection, and the breathability of Tyvek, but at a price that is simply unbeatable! For many years MPE has sold recycled Tyvek apparel to the home inspection industry and has received wonderful reviews. MPE's new MaxShield apparel is an excellent alternative to their recycled Tyvek coveralls.

MaxShield provides quality, strength, comfort and offers micro porous barrier protection at a lower cost than Tyvek. MaxShield is made by adhesively bonding a micro porous polyethylene film to a polypropylene spun bonded substrate. The polyethylene film on the outside provides strength and protection from solid particulate and liquids.

The polypropylene substrate provides comfort against the skin. The bonding of the two materials at a basis weight of 60 grams per square meter provides the combination of durability and comfort typically not found in other disposable protective garments. Emphasis on seam construction provides additional room in the crotch and armpits allowing for extra mobility and comfort. MPE buys gently used protective clothing such as coveralls, plastic aprons, shoe covers, and lab coats from manufacturers whose employees wear the protective garments in sterile "clean rooms" to keep the delicate computer and electronic components they manufacture free from small particles like dust and hair. MPE buys the clothes after just a few hours of use, and the garments are then cleaned, reconditioned and tested to ensure they maintain their full protective qualities.

Only then will MPE offer them to manufacturers and other companies whose employees wear them to stay clean and safe from grease, dust, paint, pesticides, aerosols, and blood-borne pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and other hazardous substances.
