Pegas Nonwovens to shift headquarters to Czech Republic

Pegas Nonwovens SA will relocate its headquarters from Luxembourg to the Czech Republic. The relocation proposal was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of the company. The meeting also asked the board of directors of the company to transfer the head office to the Czech Republic. Pegas recently started a new line in Znojmo town of Czech Republic.

Further, the meeting also appointed Jakud Dyba as the non-executive director of Pegas Nonwovens and approved the co-optation of Michal Smerk.

Pegas Nonwovens is one of the leading global producers of nonwoven textiles for use primarily in the personal hygiene product market. It supplies spun-melt polypropylene and polyethylene based textiles to its customers, principally for use in disposable products. (VM)
