TenCate Grass hires Michael Vogel as global group director

TenCate Grass, global leader in the development, production, and marketing of synthetic turf components and the design of synthetic turf systems for top-flight sport, recreation, and landscape applications, has appointed Michael Vogel as global group director, effective September 1, 2016.
As former CEO of Ammeraal Beltech, Vogel successfully implemented a growth strategy leading the company into its next development phase. Furthermore, he has held several other leading positions in internationally operating industrial companies.
The head office of TenCate Grass will be located in the Netherlands in order to consolidate the key global functions at one location. This creates a lean organisation with an adequate response towards the demands of key end markets globally.
Vogel will succeed Guido Vliegen, who currently holds the position of group director. Vliegen will take the responsibility as vice president Americas, to enable the further expansion of the Grass group in this geographical region. (GK)
