About jute sacks:

  • A collection of weighty jute cloth both in plain or twill weave prepared by using boorish jute fibre in larger proportion than used for manufacturing tarpaulin, hessian or such low weight fabrics.
  • Sacking deals in to the coarser and heavier cloth, used mainly for sacks for wrapping materials, which do not need particular protection, but has high weight.
  • In market the jute bag material is in huge demand for the reason that of the openness of the weave, which permit air to flow at the same time also protecting the stuffing.
  • Sacking bags, particularly used for the reason of stock up of agro-based foodstuffs, are famous as Hydro carbon free bags which have been treated with vegetable oils to wipe out the dangerous effect of hydrocarbons. Therefore sacking bags have huge requirement not just in the cement manufacturing units but moreover in the agro-based industries.

Product characteristics:

  • Either plain or twill weaves cloth made wholly of jute, inter-woven and weighing not less than 407 g/m2.
Twill The weave that produces diagonal patterns on the surface of the cloth. In the Jute industry, generally 2 x 1 simple twill weave is used.
A-Twill Cloth A double warp, 2/1-twill weave sacking jute cloth weighing 750 g/m2
B- Twill Cloth A double warp 2/1-twill weave sacking jute cloth weighing 643 g/m2
L- Twill Cloth A double warp twill weave sacking cloth weighing approx. 716 g/m2
Oslo Twill Cloth A twill sacking cloth for making bags of about 108 cm width weighing about 534 g/m2
Brattice Cloth Hessian fabrics, which after rot and fireproofing is used in mines as windscreens and for ventilation purposes.
Heavy Cee A double warp plain weave sacking jute cloth having 68 ends/dm and 35 picks/dm and weighing 673 g/m2
