Ammen said, “As global producers of high quality, solution-dyed synthetic filament-based fibres, Universal Fibers is a complex business serving multiple segments including flooring, transportation, medical, and industrial fibres. Phil understands these complexities and we are thrilled to welcome him to our leadership team. Phil's experience in the production of highly technical products as well as his considerable leadership qualities, make him the perfect fit to lead Universal Fibers in support of our continued growth and diversification strategy.”

As president of Universal Fibers, Phil Harmon will assume the position formerly held by Marc Ammen who will continue in his current role as CEO of Universal Fiber Systems, LLC. (GK)
