Jyoti Cariappa Saikia is managing director at Triburg, an Indian sourcing and design agency. Jyoti Cariappa Saikia has led Triburg for 25 years with innovative changes both in product design and organisational  structure. She initiated and continues to guide the Triburg Design Studio, Triburg Center for Learning and most recently the 3D design cell. She started her career with Montana trading co. then one of the first buying agent, and moved to representing Espirt de Corp, Impulse Trading Co. HK. In the years that followed there were projects with buying and design houses before she joined hands with Tarun Bakshi to take over and lead Liz  Claiborne within the Triburg umbrella.
