Christian Dalsgaard is founder of Ohmatex ApS, a privately-owned Danish company commercialising research developments and technologies in smart textiles and wearable electronics.

Christian holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. He has worked professionally for over 10 years as development engineer, project manager and managing director prior to the establishment of Ohmatex in 2004.

The main specialisations include:

· Encapsulating and integrating micro-electronics in textile structures

· Weaving and interconnecting electronic conductors

· Textile operating panels and soft switches

Today Ohmatex works with project development for a number of leading Scandinavian textile companies and is a pioneer in smart textiles.
