Dieffenbacher will present customised automated production plants and suggestions for companies whose success depends on the economical production of high-quality composite parts, at the K 2019 to be held in Düsseldorf during October 16-23. For the first time, Dieffenbacher will also showcase recycling solutions under the heading “Waste 2 Product”.

For applications such as SMC Class A exterior components and semi-structural components made from LFT, Dieffenbacher’s Fiberpress series delivers the right press and high-performance, sophisticated automation with material supply and component handling. Thermoplastic continuous-fibre-reinforced parts can be produced efficiently with the Tailored Blank Line, consisting of Fiberforge and Fibercon technology. Backrests, for example, can be produced with a press and an injection unit. For structural applications such as roof components or B-pillars and roof braces, wet molding and metal-hybrid processes are also available.

Dieffenbacher offers efficient and complete production systems from a single source for the automotive and transportation, building and construction, aerospace as well as sports and leisure industries. Companies such as Audi, BMW, Autoneum, Fritzmeier, Hanwha and Polytec rely on Dieffenbacher.

For the first time, Dieffenbacher will also present recycling solutions at the K 2019. Under the heading “Waste 2 Product,” concepts ranging from shredding through cleaning to the production of new end products made from recycled materials will be presented. Individual turnkey production plants for applications such as flooring, transport pallets and sheet products help customers seize circular-economy opportunities, reduce disposal costs and produce their products in a sustainable and resource-conserving way.

Dieffenbacher supports its customers from the initial product idea, through engineering and plant conception, manufacturing and installation of the press or production plant, to its commissioning and beyond. The Dieffenbacher Lifecycle Service provides planning security over the service life of the plant. Individual modernisation solutions ensure that existing production lines can still be operated efficiently even after many years. (SV)
