Green Hygienics to acquire global rights to CHI trademarks

Green Innovations Ltd. is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Hygienics, Inc. ("Green Hygienics"), has finalized an agreement to acquire the worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal brand trademarks.

Under terms of the agreement between Green Hygienics and Clearly Herbal International ("CHI"), Green Hygienics will acquire a 100% interest in the worldwide rights to the Clearly Herbal brand trademarks. In addition, Green Hygienics and CHI will execute a licensing agreement providing CHI the exclusive use of the Clearly Herbal trademarks within the United Kingdom.

"The acquisition of the popular Clearly Herbal trademarks will lift us from the level of product licensee to the level of established brand owner and developer," stated Bruce Harmon, CEO of Green Innovations. "This is an important and positive step forward that we expect will significantly improve our ability to control and rapidly position the popular Clearly Herbal brand of products in the North American market with national retailers and private label suppliers."
