H&V bags Chairman's Award for Global Trade by AIM

Hollingsworth & Vose (H&V), a global leader in the supply of advanced materials for filtration, battery separator, and industrial applications, has won the Chairman’s Award for Global Trade by the Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) at their 100th anniversary celebration on Friday, May 8, 2015, in Boston.

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker presented the award to H&V president and CEO, Val Hollingsworth.

The Associated Industries of Massachusetts International Business Council Global Trade Awards recognize Massachusetts companies and public agencies of all sizes that have demonstrated excellence in international trade.

Richard Lord, president and CEO of AIM said, “Massachusetts companies are key players in the global economy, offering innovative products and services produced in Massachusetts to markets across the globe.”

H&V products made in Massachusetts can be found in filters for clean rooms, hospitals, medical equipment, commercial buildings, homes, cars, trucks, heavy duty equipment and in batteries for industrial and automotive use, according to a media statement.
