PFNonwovens announces leadership changes to BoD

PFNonwovens has announced the resignation of its chief technical officer, Frantisek Klaska, from the board of directors and from all executive positions within the PFNonwovens concern, effective May 1, 2020, and concurrently his transition to a non-executive position within the PFNonwovens Concern. The company is a leading producer of spunmelt nonwovens.

Effective as of May 1, 2020, the present senior product development and R&D director, Tonny de Beer, shall be appointed to the company’s board of directors and shall also replace Klaška in all executive positions including the position of chief technical officer, according to a press release by the company.

Klaška has decided to resign from the aforementioned positions for family reasons and shall continue to work together with PFN on specific projects related to its expansion, that is, those strategic in character, from the position of honorary chairman of the council of directors of the company.
