Coolcore hires David Ludd as VP, global marketing

Coolcore, the global leader in chemical-free cooling fabrics, has appointed David Ludd as vice president of global marketing, effective June 20, 2016.

Ludd comes to Coolcore with a wealth of marketing/management experience in the footwear, apparel, and retail sectors. His background includes over 20 years of senior level marketing experience acquired at key global sports and lifestyle brands including Levi's, Nike, Timberland, MBT, and Converse.

Coolcore has various partnerships with global consumer brands such as Brooks, Cabelas, Disney, and L.L. Bean, to develop and commercialise their own finished goods that are “powered by” the patented Coolcore technology. The Dr. Cool brand also utilises the Coolcore technology in producing finished consumer goods including accessories, towels, apparel, and ice compression wraps sold to consumers worldwide.

Coolcore CEO, Kevin McCarthy said, “We are extremely excited to have David join the Coolcore team.
