GPMI, a manufacturing and marketing support company serving consumer packaged goods sectors, has expanded by opening a new wet wipes facility in Gilbert, Arizona. GPMI is a pioneer in packaged goods, nonwovens, and wet wipes. The company has experience in product development, production, and distribution to leading national retailers and their store brands.

The company continues to serve customers, expand product lines, and create a strategic location to better serve customers with an emphasis on sustainability and eco considerations. The expansion was prompted by a need for increased production of various wipes for cleaning and disinfection due to the pandemic. The operations in Gilbert Arizona have created many new career opportunities and are continuing to expand. The new facility helps produce a greater output of wet wipes in canisters, soft packs, and multiple packs in a way to ensure the highest quality product is being supplied to our customers with an emphasis on sustainability and eco considerations, the company said in a press release.

The new facility is located at 190 S McQueen Road, Gilbert AZ 85233 and produces homecare cleaning and disinfecting, personal use and car care products with capabilities to support other categories such as health and beauty wipes and baby wipes.

“We are thrilled to be able to serve the entire country with warehouses in the West and Midwest locations while providing a better economical solution to National Retailers for their west coast stores,” Leslie Bendor, VP sales and marketing said in a statement.

In opening this new facility, we have also solved a logistics issue that was facing many retailers with West Coast locations. We can now get much needed products into the hands of people who help support the healthy opening of businesses, schools, as well as safer homes as Covid restrictions ease,” Mark Hardy, COO of the company said.
