MB invests in a Bipower i2700P machine with automation

MB Spritzgusstechnik has installed a Negri Bossi Bipower i2700P injection moulding machine with 27,000 Kilonewton clamping force and injection capacity of 28kg in HDPE. The machine is designed to provide a homogenous and consistent melt quality of recycled material. It includes a special barrier screw with feeder aids to ensure optimal processing conditions.

MB Spritzgusstechnik has 30 machines installed, and this latest investment in the Bipower machine is integral to a strategic move toward sustainable growth and technological advancement, according to a press release by MB Spritzgusstechnik.

The control interface of the Bipower model is ergonomic and intuitive, based on an intelligent, self-explanatory menu. Technicians do not require additional training or long learning phases, especially as the system is backed up with the support of the Amico 4.0 system. Amico provides remote technical assistance ensuring a fast response to resolving queries or issues.

MB has continuously renewed their machinery profile, with purchases of both Negri Bossi Vector and Bipower machines in recent years. MB has an excellent technical competency, and their trust in Negri Bossi is testament to the faith they place in the quality and technology supplied by the company.
