NSA & HauteWork to make flame resistant clothing for women

National Safety Apparel (NSA) has announced a partnership with HauteWork, an upscale brand of flame resistant clothing (FRC), to design safe, comfortable, and stylish FRC that is flattering for all women. The partnership of HauteWork and NSA further represents NSA’s commitment to having a house of FR brands and supporting women in the work force.

Created by petroleum engineer Jaime Glas, HauteWork is motivated by the understanding that comfort and confidence go hand in hand when it comes to job performance. A key part of that confidence is the assurance that you have the right tools for the job – and in the oil and gas and utility industries, FR clothing that fits correctly is a critical tool, NSA said in a press release.

NSA is a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality industrial safety apparel and military apparel. NSA’s house of brands include personal protective equipment (PPE) for flash fire and arc flash, cut protection, hi-vis work and foul weather gear, and the foundational thermal protection. Customers include electrical and gas utilities, steel mills and aluminium foundries, glass plants, construction, manufacturing, and the armed forces.
