Robin Low - CEO of Greenyarn, a Boston firm developing advanced fabrics for consumers seeking eco-friendly alternatives to conventional materials, is launching Greenfeet 3, carbon fiber insoles.

There have been many professional grade carbon fiber insoles, some for athletes, while others for medical needs but no one mass producing it till now. These 3D carbon fiber insoles are designed by orthopedics, kinesiologists, and podiatrists to be comfortable for everyday use, yet good enough for professional use in competitive sports.

"I've seen friends who wear special insoles for flat feet, and others who wear similar ones for running and cycling," said Robin Low, CEO of Greenyarn. "I just got some orthopedics, podiatrists and kineiologists along with athletes and regular people to create an insole which can be enjoyed by everyone, improving stability, comfort and walk-ability. And I used the best materials and got Greenfeet 3."

Greenfeet 3 is made of Poliyou, an open cell foam which is breathable and does not flatten when in a moist and high temperature environment, unlike regular EVA insoles. With Eco-fabric, the insoles are de-odorizing, antibacterial and wick moisture, with all benefits coming from bamboo charcoal and not added chemicals. And lastly, the carbon fiber spring plate in the bottom spreads the impact of every step through the feet, reducing the stress and impact on the heel, reducing pain and improving balance with the well-formed arch, which supports people with flat feet or simply people who are on their feet all day.

Carbon fiber is found in top sports products, and to make insoles affordable, we make 3 sizes, with cutting lines in the Poliyou portion to fit your shoes, thus making it more affordable.

"These insoles are great for running and cycling." said Kua Harn Wei, ranked 2nd in the world in ultra-marathon. "They reduce the impact on my feet on long runs, allowing me to recover faster."
