Tredegar to expand elastic laminates manufacturing units in US

Tredegar Film Products, a global manufacturer of plastics and laminates, is set to expand its North American manufacturing capacity for elastic laminates for personal care applications.

In response to increased demand for elastic laminate products for adult incontinence and baby care applications, the company is investing to expand and modernize one of the existing lines in its Terre Haute, Indiana plant to enable production of its FlexAire products. The company expects this additional capacity to be fully operational by the end of the second quarter of 2015, the company said in a press release.
