Invista’s Cordura brand, fabric providers for high performance sports apparel, is launching “Meet the Maker”, an ongoing series that highlights key brand partners and collaborators with whom the Cordura brand has built long-lasting relationships during its 40-year history.

The series is comprised of originally produced video and thoughtfully crafted digital content that will live on the Cordura brand website, as well as affiliate sites, according to a press release.

The first “Meet the Maker” segment features Mystery Ranch, the Bozeman, Montana based backpack company, that manufactures packs and load carriage systems for military, hunting, and mountaineering customers. Mystery Ranch founder Dana Gleason has been using Cordura fabric since he started designing and manufacturing packs in 1975, and was one of the fabric’s first champions

Cindy McNaull, global Cordura brand and marketing director said, “For over four decades, the Cordura brand has been committed to durable innovation. We’re excited to go behind the scenes and explore our rich history with outstanding global brands through our new “Meet the Maker” series.”

Known for its resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs, Cordura fabric is a primary ingredient in many of the world’s leading high-performance gear and apparel products ranging from luggage, upholstery and backpacks to footwear, military equipment, tactical wear, workwear and performance apparel.
