Olbo and Mehler Tex, a producer of industrial textiles has joined activities and business operations with Synteen and Luckenhaus, producer of innovative technical textiles under the leadership of a management team led by Alberto Tavares, a leader of Olbo and Mehler Tex. Both companies are dedicated to the production of technical textiles and are a part of KAP group.

“We are very excited with this operation. The combination of these two businesses will define new benchmarks in regards to customer experience and increasing our standards in terms of innovation, efficiency and competitiveness,” commented Alberto Tavares.

This operation is expected to open new market segments of textiles used in the construction of swimming pools, protective or shading barriers, the automotive industry, the oil industry and the construction industry for Olbo and Mehler Tex to explore.
