Toray Industries has consolidated its North American Carbon Fiber Composite Materials businesses by merging Toray Composites (America) and Toray Carbon Fibers America into a single business entity. The merged entity has been named Toray Composite Materials America, with the merger expected to better enable meet demands of Toray customers.

The merger will also include creation of Aerospace as well as the Industrial Market business divisions, which will align Toray capability, across product lines to increase customer value, shorten time to market, and strengthen critical relationships. (AR)
