Larry Allgaier has been named as the group president of Kimberly-Clark North America effective from April 24, and will be reporting to Mike Hsu, president and chief operating officer at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Allgaier will lead Kimberly-Clark's $8 billion North American consumer business, with brands like Huggies, Cottonelle, and Depend.

He is currently president of the newly formed Mars Petcare Veterinary Health Group and before that he was president of the $4 billion North America Petcare business, also at Mars Inc.

Prior to Mars Inc., Allgaier was global head of Novartis' 'Over the Counter Medicines' business unit, responsible for over 200 brands in over 50 countries across six regions. (AR)
