Norwegian Hexagon Composites, an energy-based firm, has appointed Ingrid Aarsnes as vice president of investor relations (IR) and Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). Before joining Hexagon Composites Aarsnes was the head of IR & ESG at Volue. Aarsnes has 15 years of experience in various roles within investor relations and communications in the energy sector including Scatec and Kvaerner.

Aarsnes has started her new position last week and is based in Hexagon’s Oslo, Norway office, the company said in a media release.

Ingrid’s broad experience and expertise in the energy sector, as well as her deep relationships within the financial markets will be extremely valuable in furthering our efforts to drive value for Hexagon and its shareholders,” Karen Romer, SVP communications, Hexagon Composites, said.
