Abilities in strategic planning, managing projects, improving efficiency with quality assurance, teaching Technical & Management subjects, motivating a team towards cost control through proper utilization of Man , Machine and Material. Ability to identify areas of strength, implement given policies and bringing about relevant changes in system to deliver optimum quality product by Research. Currently, he is plant head with the United Fibre Composite Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad.
