JEC Group, a leading composites organisation in the world, promoting composite markets by providing global and local networking and information services headquartered in France, has announced that the 10th edition of the JEC Asia International Composites Event 2017, to be held from November 1 to 3, 2017, in Seoul, Republic of Korea, is fully booked.

Facing an Asian market that has considerably evolved, composites professionals commit themselves to the international platform JEC Asia, fully booked since the end of July 2017. Indeed, the common awareness by every party underlines the importance of such an event in South Korea, where institutions have serious projects to improve the quality of living while respecting available resources. The role of industrialists is not insignificant either, as the development of new innovations and the increased usage of composites materials help these societal issues. JEC Asia in Seoul will be the place where exhibitors, visitors, delegates, officials and speakers will come together and exchange on this topic.

Frédérique Mutel, JEC Group president and CEO said, “In partnership with industrialists, academics, and local authorities from the main countries developing composites solutions, we are delivering the unique truly international composites platform in Asia. JEC Asia Seoul should be a totally new experience for participants with three brand new programmes: business opportunities (economic presentations from main countries), top buyers’ programme, and composites arts performance.”

Christian Strassburger, JEC Asia sales director said, “We are very pleased that our move to Seoul has been so enthusiastically welcomed by the industry, the local authorities and the various clusters. Since we have been sold out so quickly this year, we have already taken measures to increase the event’s surface for 2018 and be able to accommodate more exhibitors and innovative parts next year.” (GK)
