Reifenhäuser debuts low capacity nonwoven production line

Manufacturer of nonwoven production plants, Reifenhäuser Reicofil has expanded its portfolio by launching RF Smart Line, especially to meet initial low capacity production requirements. The RF Smart Line involves low investment, while offering high product quality at low capacity and will be targeted at new entrepreneurs in smaller markets.

With a maximum width of 3.2 metres, the new line is designed for an annual output of up to 10,000 tons, while the maximum speed is between 400 and 600 metres per minute, depending on configuration.

According to the company, the produced materials conform to the highest standards for medical and hygiene products, at the expected annual uptime of 7,200 hours, which is standard in the market. (AR)
