Three revolutionary sports socks released by Tabio

Tabio, the Japanese sock specialty store established since 1968, announces the release of its new range of sports socks. Designed in collaboration with top athletes, the Tabio Sports Socks range combines the latest fibre technology with the technical brilliance of Japanese craftsmanship to help runners and other athletes around the world improve their performance.

Renowned for its technical brilliance and an attention to detail that is unsurpassed in the industry, Tabio is the leading destination for the highest quality socks. The new Tabio Sports Socks range expands on this reputation, featuring three revolutionary designs for both men and women -- Racing Run, Racing Run Toe Socks and Racing Run Tabi Socks. Each sock design features unique characteristics and details to offer wearers optimum athletic performance. In addition, each design is constructed from polyester to enhance sweat absorbency, to dry and wick away moisture quickly and efficiently, and to provide a deodorant effect.

Tabio's Racing Run socks are the result of a joint development project with top Japanese marathon runner Satoshi Osaki and are exclusively designed to support high performance. Featuring Tabio's knit technology, the Racing Run socks are knit from a 3D sewing method to provide a direct supporting structure to the arch of the feet and to wrap and support the feet in their natural form. The socks feature a mesh function to both release heat from the feet and minimize sweating. An arch support function helps minimize stress on the feet, while an L heel structure provides a wide space for the heel and helps prevents the socks from slipping off. Skidproof technology further prevents the wearer's feet from moving around inside trainers. The socks also offer enhanced nylon support and slit support, providing extra elasticity while allowing the feet to “breathe.”

The highly functional Racing Run Toe Socks, developed to meet the requirements of extreme performance, are the second product in Tabio's new range. These toe socks, specially designed for running, feature the same 3D knit construction, arch support, skidproof technology and mesh function of the Racing Run sock, yet are designed to individually fit each toe on the wearer's foot. As a result, the wearer's feet are wrapped and supported in their natural form. In addition, Racing Run Toe Socks feature a Y heel structure, which provides a wide space for the heel and prevents socks from slipping off.

Tabio's Racing Run Tabi Socks are hugely popular amongst top athletes. Originally introduced as a limited edition, Tabio has brought the socks back due to strong demand. The Racing Run Tabi Socks are produced to meet the high demands of top athletes.
