Hartmann to acquire adult incontinence brand Lindor

Supplier of medical and hygiene products, Hartmann Group is acquiring Lindor, an adult incontinence brand from Proctor and Gamble (P&G) in Portugal and Spain. As part of the deal, Hartmann will get all assets associated with the Lindor product portfolio, Intellectual Property and a 25,000 square metre manufacturing facility in Montornés, Spain.

According to the company, the acquisition will position Hartmann as one of the leading suppliers for adult incontinence products in Spain and Portugal.

"This acquisition will further expand our local expertise in the incontinence market, while giving us an opportunity to achieve synergies on a group level when it comes to operations, production and our supply chain," Hartmann CEO Andreas Joehle said. (AR)
