SolTech+ launches new SolFit to absorb Sun's benefits

Shifting its focus from tanning to boosting vitamin D, SolTech+ has launched new SolFit, a multipurpose clothing that allows users to safely take in the sun in cold environments. SolFit jackets and pants are built with patented UVTR technology. These have a treated protective layer that allows beneficial rays to enter and deflects dangerous rays.

The clothing’s uniquely light-weight breathable design and durable texture make it suitable for a range of atmospheric conditions including rain, wind, and near freezing temperatures.

With over 80 per cent of Americans suffering from vitamin D deficiency, which is directly linked to a myriad of ubiquitous diseases, the SolFit Collection is the convenient and safe way to combat this serious epidemic. Wearing the clothing for just 15 minutes a day a few times a week, or a couple times a week for 45 minutes at a time, helps significantly boost vitamin D levels. Although there are numerous treatments for vitamin D deficiency, no amount of artificial tanning or supplements will replace the natural replenishing effects of the sun.

In response to SolTech+’s overwhelming positive reception in the athletic world, the brand is currently working with a number of athletes, including an NFL athlete that seeks to combat vitamin D deficiency in his community. Additionally, SolTech+ plans on expanding its original colorways (white and pink) by incorporating accented colour options on hoodies and zippers. To celebrate the company’s first year, exclusive Gold and Platinum versions will be released for a limited time. These numbered releases will first be made available to the original backers that helped SolTech+ get funded on Kickstarter then they will be released to the general public.
