3A Composites divests turbine blade division to JSB group

3A Composites, a division of Schweiter Technologies has signed and closed the divestment of its non-strategic 100% interest in Windkits LLC to JSB Group A/S, Denmark.

Windkits LLC, located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA., is in the business of manufacturing core material kits for wind turbine blades in North America.

3A Composites is a division of the Swiss based Schweiter Technologies AG with a global footprint, engaged in developing, manufacturing and commercializing advanced technologies and converting commodity materials like aluminum, paper, plastics and balsa wood into uniquely lightweight solutions such as aluminum composite panels, foamed plastic sheets, foam boards, soft foam and core materials.
