AGC AeroComposites acquires North Coast Composites

AGC AeroComposites, a global composites and metal components & assemblies manufacturer for the aerospace and defence industry, has acquired the North Coast Composites, Inc. and North Coast Tool and Mold Corporation.

North Coast Composites manufactures advanced composites for the aerospace industry using state-of-the-art fabrication of Resin Transfer Moulded (RTM) and Vacuum-Assisted Resin Transfer Moulded (VARTM) components. Its partner company, North Coast Tool and Mold Corp., is a designer and manufacturer of quality moulds and tools for the aerospace industry and provides innovative solutions including resin transfer moulds, lay-up moulds, compression moulds, and plastic injection moulds.
