Albarrie to supply custom engineered Kevlar rollers

Albarrie's Process Control Division recently secured a large contract for the supply of 200 compressed Kevlar rollers for a prominent US aluminum extruder. Working in conjunction with an industry leading OEM, Albarrie's is set to supply the custom engineered Kevlar rollers in the first quarter of 2013.

The “Fullback” style compressed Kevlar rollers represent the ultimate in high temperature felt handling products for this industry, offering precision manufacturing together with proven performance and unparalleled durability.

The customer specified the use of Albarrie's compressed Kevlar rollers based on years of experience with these rollers on their other handling systems. Aside from the initial design and supply arrangement, Albarrie will also be directly involved in the on-going service and maintenance of the Fullback rollers for this customer, offering a true life-cycle maintenance program for the product.
