Alexium International has signed a partnership agreement with Belgium based VLS-Group, a vertically integrated supply chain & logistics group.

This global alliance will enable Alexium to provide complete supply chain simplification as well as provide it a complete service platform for customers with multiple plant locations worldwide.

According to an Alexium press release, VLS-Group has worldwide infrastructure and networks in place to support Alexium growth in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, all corners of Asia, and the Americas.

“As we have opportunities in Europe and Asia which are forecast to quickly go up, the last step in the chain is putting in place the structure to support those opportunities,” Alexium president Dirk Van Hyning said.

“We could not imagine a better partner to reliably supply these opportunities worldwide than VLS-Group,” he added.

“This partnership will support Alexium's growth model in parallel with the best possible worldwide service program available in the market,” Alexium too said.

“Based on our strong asset base and a unique global network, VLS-Group is successfully serving various multinational customers in the chemical industry,” said VLS-Group chief commercial officer Thomas Brakmann.

“We consider it a huge opportunity to partner with young and ambitious companies by giving them the supply chain, logistics and delivery capability of a major industry player,” Brakmann stated.
