Hangzhou Xiaoshan Phoenix Textile Co., Ltd, a China based spunlaced nonwovens producer has bought the first spunlaced nonwoven plant from Autefa Solutions.

The line consists of fibre preparation, two cards, crosslapper, V-Jet hydroentanglement, Square Drum Dryer and end-of-line equipment.

For the spunlace process, the company has developed the new V-Jet and the Square Drum Dryer SQ-V, both of which offer energy savings of 30 per cent and more when compared with existing technologies.

“We are always looking for possibilities to improve the economic performance of our machinery and the new spunlace solutions from Autefa have shown a high potential,” Jack Shi, CEO at Hangzhou Xiaoshan said.

Autefa Solutions offers spunlace, needling, drying and crosslapping technology as well as carding and card feeding technology.

Earlier last year, Autefa Solutions has announced their entry in to the spunlace market with their energy efficient V-Jet and Square Drum Dryer technologies at ITMA 2015. (AR)
