Lubrizol shows flame retardant polymers at German expo

Lubrizol Engineered Polymers, a global leader in supplying TPU specialties for injection moulding, extrusion, adhesives, and compounding polymer solutions, is presenting its latest developments for the wire and cable markets, with its distributor VELOX GmbH, a European leader in the marketing and distribution of raw material specialities for the plastics, composites, additives and paints and coatings industries, at booth No. 5001 in Hall B5, at the Fakuma International trade fair for plastics processing in Friedrichshafen, Germany from October 13 to 17, 2015.

Lubrizol's thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) range is especially designed to meet the most demanding high-tech specifications. Lubrizol and VELOX are featuring the latest Estane TPU innovations for wire and cable applications, with special focus on DACH region as well as emerging markets, like Poland and Czech Republic.

Lubrizol is highlighting its innovative offering including Estane TS92AP7 NAT 021, a high-heat TPU formulated for superior abrasion and chemical resistance, with excellent high heat resistance and low temperature flexibility, Estane ZHF 92AT3 NAT 022, a halogen-free flame retardant TPU used in various cable applications (robotic, data and communication, or construction, and Estane ZHF 58202 NAT 001 EXP, a halogen-free grade with low smoke density, low toxicity used in railways application, according to a press release.
