Molded Fiber Glass adds Dana as executive vice president

Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG) has named Charles Dana as an executive vice president reporting directly to CEO Richard Morrison, effective April 1, 2015.

Dana, who is expected to serve in the role of executive vice president until he succeeds Morrison as CEO in 2016, is currently president of Owens Corning’s Building Materials Group in Toledo, Ohio.

Dana held several leadership positions in the Corporate, Composites, and Building Materials organizations at Owens Corning’s, developing extensive experience and relationships in these industries.

Prior to joining Owens in 1995, Dana spent 17 years in a variety of managerial and executive roles with General Electric Company.

“Chuck shares our values and will bring additional strength to our focus on customer satisfaction and pioneering new applications,” Richard Morrison said.

He added, “Chuck is an extraordinary leader with a proven track record throughout his career.”

Dana also added, “I am honored to be joining MFG, and look forward to working with Richard’s senior leadership team, the talented teammates and MFG’s valued customers.”
