OrganoClick appoints Jens Wistedt as production manager

OrganoClick, a Swedish company that develops, produces, and markets functional materials based on environmentally friendly fibre chemistry, has appointed Jens Wistedt as new production manager and member of the management team.

Jens' responsibilities will include purchasing, production, and logistics. Jens has more than 20 years of experience from production and process technology and is currently working as business segment manager for customer services motion control at Siemens AB.

Wistedt holds a MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology and has more than 20 years of experience from leading positions within production and process technology. He previously worked as production manager at Pfizer's production site in Strängnäs which produces active compounds for pharmaceuticals. Before Pfizer, he had many different production related roles at AstraZeneca's production site at Snäckviken, Södertälje including the role as manager for process technology at AstraZeneca Liquid Products, according to a press release.

Mårten Hellberg, CEO for OrganoClick said, “We are very happy to welcome Jens to OrganoClick. His experience from advanced pharma production, process technology and automation will be very valuable for OrganoClick that is now in the starting block of starting operations in our new production facility.”

Jens will start with his role as production manager and member of the management team from January 11, 2016. (GK)
