PolyOne wins Risk Mitigation Supplier of the Year award

PolyOne Corporation, a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solutions, has been recognized by BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) for supplier excellence and has bagged the 2014 Risk Mitigation Supplier of the Year award.

The BD Supplier Recognition Program honours those suppliers who have made significant contributions to advancing or supporting key BD initiatives, products, processes, and customer satisfaction – furthering BD’s purpose of “Helping all people live healthy lives”, the company reported in a press release.

After a detailed evaluation of BD’s global supply base, PolyOne was selected for this award based on superior performance, continuous improvement and excellence in supporting BD’s risk mitigation initiative for global raw material supply continuity.
