SAERTEX India MD bags 'CEO of the Year 2014' award

Dr. P K C Bose, Managing Director & CEO - SAERTEX India Private Limited has been voted and selected by the Juries & Board Members of Network 7 Media Group as "CEO of the Year 2014".

This recognition reflects his rising & commanding leadership in driving SAERTEX as a leading player in the Indian textile industry and expand on a pan-India basis, imbibing the strong principles of innovation, customer orientation & latest procedures of implementing path breaking research in Aramid, Carbon fibres, fabrics, mixing of stone products, etc.

The SAERTEX Group success story began in 1982, in Germany. In the meantime, the company has grown to eight branch offices in seven countries. The head office in Saerbeck is still the heart and head of the operation. From here, the impulse for innovative products, optimized process technologies and customized solutions go out to clients and employees around the globe.

SAERTEX fabrics, also known as NCF (non-crimp fabric), are distinguished by their stretched fibres inside the individual layers, which optimally absorb mechanical forces such as pressure and tension. SAERTEX fabrics are available as unidirectional, bidirectional and multiaxial stitch bonded constructions. Depending on the fibre type, surface load and layer combination, various mechanical resistances can be produced.

Earlier, SAERTEX India achieved an outstanding third place in the "FICCI Quality Systems Excellence Awards", which is an annually awarded prize for outstanding quality system performance in manufacturing industry and SAERTEX India won in the very first year of institution of the award.
