At the recently concluded events IDEA and Techtextil North America, Sandler AG, producers of nonwovens for hygiene products and wipes substrates said it had a successful time in both the fairs. The Sandler staff from the sales and product development departments welcomed numerous visitors, customers, suppliers, and potential new clients for interesting, productive talks.

At the IDEA show in Boston, nonwovens for hygiene products and wipes were at the centre of attention, while visitors at the Techtextil North America in Atlanta, were informed about nonwovens for technical applications in transportation, filtration and construction.

With the IDEA show's focus traditionally being on the hygiene and wipes industry, Sandler also centred its presentation on materials for versatile range of nonwovens for technical applications. The German nonwovens manufacturer also took the opportunity to present its versatile range of nonwovens for technical applications.

The Techtextil North America exhibition has put technical applications first. At their booth the Sandler sales team supported by the company's US agent for nonwovens in technical applications met with customers and potential new clients, discussing current projects as well as new ideas.

Both the exhibitions also introduced the international audience to the newly established Sandler Nonwoven Corporation that will be taking up production in Perry, later this year. (NA)
