Techtextil & Texprocess to see over 500 exhibitors

This year's combined shows, Techtextil North America, Texprocess Americas will see over 500 exhibitors from over 33 countries, up 25 per cent from 2014 representing a multitude of product categories.

“During the technical textiles, nonwovens, sewn products, textile technology and equipment event, visitors will see companies showcasing latest products,” a press release from Messe Frankfurt said.

Exhibitors at Techtextil North America include Premium Industrial Machines of America, Monosuisse Group and Kusters Zima Corporation.

“While, exhibitors like Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Human Solutions Group and Browzwear will be participating at Texprocess Americas,” Messe Frankfurt added.

The two shows will have areas that include; Pavilions from Germany, Italy, China, Belgium, Taiwan and France, Premier Symposiums, Graduate Student Poster Program, Cool Zone, Global Booth and Lounge, and the SEAMS Pavilion.

“The German Pavilion is a must-see feature area on the show floor where over 31 German companies will be represented and includes exhibitors like Expert Systemtechnik, Brückner and Zwickauer Kammgarn.

Techtextil North America and Texprocess Americas is hosting 18 symposium sessions including three bonus sessions.

These sessions will be presented by industry experts throughout the technical textile, nonwovens and sewn product equipment industry.

The third annual Graduate Student Poster Program will feature current graduate students who have specific research in the field of technical textiles, nonwovens and sewn products/equipment.

Schools represented in the Graduate Poster Program are, North Carolina State University, Marmara University from Turkey, Georgia Institute of Technology and UC Davis.

The top five posters chosen from industry judges will be presented during the symposium, while visitors have the ability to explore through the graduate student area as well as listen to the presentations, free.

Techtextil North America and Texprocess Americas will be co-located with JEC Americas, following the successful premiere in Atlanta in 2014. (AR)
